HOUSING SECTOR FINANCE
In 2000 Jennifer was hired as a photojournalist by PADCO, a contractor with USAID, to document the daily life of the people in Mongolia and create a video to discuss the success of the Housing Sector Finance project.
The Housing Sector Finance project made small loans to the Mongolian people so that they could have affordable housing within the large cities.
